Bluegrass Express on Country 93

The Bluegrass Express radio show on Country 93 (www.country93.ca) plays live every Sunday from 6 pm to 7 pm. This one hour bluegrass show is hosted by Dusty Hill and Don Day. Tune in to 93.7 on your FM dial or go to their website to listen online. If you enjoy the show please phone in, or email in, your support to Country 93 (519-376-2030 or country93@radioowensound.com).

If you miss a show you can still listen to it here. We keep a small archive of recent shows which you can select from below. The audio files are in mp3 format and are fairly large. The links below open up playlist files to allow your audio player to play the file while downloading. If your connection is slow the audio could become choppy. You can usually pause playback for awhile to allow the download to get well ahead to minimize these interuptions. Note: If the m3u link doesn't work directly trying using your browsers "Save As" function to save the file locally to your computer and run it from there.

BlueGrassExpress May 23'10.m3uI’m just back from my annual trek to Gettysburg, PA which is not only steeped in US Civil War history but also home to a Premier bluegrass festival twice a year at the Granite Hill Campground. We’ve kinda lost track as to how many times we’ve made the trip but I think it’s been almost 15 years now. Anyway, tonite I brought along music from the bands that were featured this year at the 4 day event. It was especially exciting to see a few bands for the first time, such as The Steeldrivers, Big Country Bluegrass, and our spotlight artists this week, Darren Beachley and the Legends of the Potomac………… check out what you’ve been missing all these years.
